2.   Refunds for Physical Products: If you receive a physical product with a defect, we're here to help. You may request a refund by following these steps:

·      Take a clear picture of the defective or incorrect item(s) clearly displaying the issue.

·      Email us at timishatrossllc@gmail.com within [number of days] days of receiving the item(s), attaching the images and explaining the issue.

 

3.   Return Shipping Responsibility: For any approved returns of physical products due to defects or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us.

 

4.   Refund Distribution: Your refund will include:

·      The merchandise total of the returned item(s).

·      Applicable sales tax paid on the original purchase.

 

5.   Conditions for Returns: To ensure a successful return, please note the following:

·      The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received, unused and undamaged.

6.   Shipping Costs: Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, which include returns. No restocking fees will be charged for returning the product.
